How quickly can you fix a broken WordPress site?

For urgent issues like a site that’s down or showing errors, we aim to respond same business day and resolve most issues within 24–48 hours. For non-urgent cleanup projects, we typically start within 3–5 business days and complete within a week.

Do I need to give you access to my site?

Yes. We’ll need WordPress admin access and, depending on the issue, FTP/hosting access. We treat your credentials securely, use them only for the work at hand, and recommend you update passwords after the project is complete.

What if my site was hacked?

We handle site recovery after a compromise: malware removal, security scan, hardening, and preventive measures including strong passwords, two-factor authentication for admin accounts, and a web application firewall. We’ll also identify how the compromise likely happened so it doesn’t repeat.

Can you help me make content changes to my site?

Yes. Minor content updates — changing text, swapping an image, adding a new service description — are included in our monthly support plan. For larger content additions or new page builds, we’ll quote those separately.
